PKI’s London office provides support for clients in the UK and Europe. PKI has years of experience in serving clients from our London office after recognizing that London is the business hub of the UK and Europe and essential for future growth. As a part of that growth, PKI’s strategic plan has expanded its London operations to provide its unique services for an ever growing and broader UK and EU market. To better facilitate this plan, PKI is excited about Niki Bolza being named as the Managing Director of Europe. Niki will bring his years of real estate experience in the luxury market to oversee PKI’s services and continued growth.

Peter Kempf

President & CEO

Mr. Kempf, as noted by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, has been directly involved with the sale and marketing of more million dollar plus properties in more states (31) and more countries (22) than anyone else in America.

Having been the Director of International Real Estate for Christie’s, Vice President and Midwest Regional Manager for Sotheby’s International Realty and a member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, Mr. Kempf is considered to be one of the leading authorities in international real estate and is a frequent guest speaker at international real estate conferences.

In his capacities at both Sotheby’s and Christie’s Mr. Kempf was responsible for representing the worldwide buying and/or selling interests of Sotheby’s and Christie’s most important clients. Additionally, he was also involved with the selection of the exclusive affiliates of both companies.

His 23 years of experience includes the marketing and/or sale of properties in countries such as Italy, Portugal, France, Switzerland, Spain, England, Thailand, Mexico, the Caribbean, Canada and the United States. Many of these clients were some of the world’s most prominent Fortune 500 CEO’s, successful entrepreneurs and celebrities.

Born and raised in Chicago and educated at Loyola Academy College Prep and St. Louis University, Mr. Kempf began his international career by serving 3 years in the Peace Corps in India. Mr. Kempf has a son and daughter.

Eric Pierce

Senior Vice President

Mr. Pierce is the creator of Clearview Elite, the company’s Lead Response System designed for the real estate industry. Mr. Pierce is also responsible for business development, project management and various sales and marketing efforts for Peter Kempf International (PKI), a leader in the sale and marketing of luxury second home developments in resort destinations around the globe.

As an executive in both sales and marketing organizations in various luxury second home industries including private residence clubs, destination clubs and whole ownership second home developments, Mr. Pierce set out to improve project marketing ROI by helping sales teams to respond faster with more impressive sales deliverables. Clearview Elite (CVE) is designed to help overall cost per lead, to decrease the length of typical sales cycles as well as improve overall efficiency of sales teams.

As part of his duties with PKI, Mr. Pierce has conducted feasibility analyses and prepared business plans for development and re-development in multi-use properties in the United States, Caribbean and Central America. Mr. Pierce’s prior experience began with Exclusive Resorts where he was one of the renowned Destination Club’s first six employees. He welcomed AOL Founder, Steve Case to the business and played a significant role in the company’s first dramatic growth period in 2003 and 2004.

Subsequently, Mr. Pierce expanded his real estate development experience as the Director of Real Estate for The Leading Residences of the World and was responsible for developing the company’s real estate expansion criteria in addition to provided ongoing consulting for the company’s sales and marketing organization. Mr. Pierce rapidly graduated to the role of Senior Vice President of Project Development for DCP International, where he was responsible for all aspects of PRC development.  Mr. Pierce lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife Julie and kids Nicholas and Grace.

Joan DiGiovanna

International Sales

Joan has 30 years in the hospitality industry including: Hotel Management; Owner of an award winning restaurant and one of the largest event planning/catering companies in NM.  She was also a top producing salesperson for a major food distributor and CEO for a Sales and Marketing Company.  She considers her most important role and greatest success as raising her 3 children. Being a sole parent of three now successful young adults.

Joan describes her “go-to-market-strategy: “In our focus to be the choice of the new generation of real estate owners and all generations of their families, I use a rather simplistic, old school approach integrated with the latest technology.  I was taught this very early in life by my father, Pasquale DiGiovanna, who said he learned it from his father Antonio, a Sicilian immigrant. “When you agree to work for someone, no matter what it is, you always give 110% so if you fall short of the mark you’re still ahead of the rest.”

Niki Bolza

Managing Director of Europe

As Managing Director for PKI Europe, Niki works closely with the board of directors to determine the strategy and direction of PKI’s European expansion; as well as the day to day operations.

Previously, Niki was head of acquisitions for an opportunistic emerging market fund focusing on non performing loans (NPLs) in Europe. With specific acquisitions of both non secured and real estate backed debt, Niki was responsible for the acquisition of a real estate portfolio with a face value of €245m and its subsequent asset management turning it into an viable income producing holding.

Until 2009 Niki was SVP of Development for the Toga Hotel Fund, during his seven years he was responsible for the European expansion of its business hotel brand and managed the acquisition and development of four German Hotels representing a total investment in excess of €480m.

Before joining the Toga group Niki was European Director for Abercromby and Kent Destination club, a US luxury real estate lifestyle company. He headed there European expansion and asset management with an annual investment portfolio of c.$24m.

Niki is founding partner of Castello di Reschio a €300m luxury villa development in Italy of unrivalled quality in product and services.

Christina M. Lord

Director of Marketing

As the Director of Marketing for PKI & Clearview Elite, Christina creates & implements inbound marketing solutions including content creation, social media strategy, email marketing, and an internet marketing infrastructure for PKI/CVE’s advancing position in the luxury real estate market.

After earning her MBA in Finance, Christina started her own consulting firm working with clientele ranging from an internationally known author & advisor to Fortune 500 companies as well as a New York firm negotiating software contracts with Microsoft for the Fortune 100. Christina also worked for a boutique public relations firm, securing exposure for clients through national media outlets in TV, radio and print.

Christina has travelled extensively internationally and spent time living in London working as a promotions consultant for a pub theater and also in the Press Office of the Royal Opera House.

Prior to working with PKI, Christina launched a healthcare compliance product into an online format for the patient privacy and security sector of the healthcare industry. While managing an IT team for continual online product development, she designed and implemented strategic marketing plans for online promotions including content creation for blogs, branding, affiliate networking and social media management.

Christina devotes much of her spare time volunteering for a nonprofit that provides humanitarian aid.  She is also training to be a meditation teacher for children.

Brianne Janes

Creative Director

After graduating from the Colorado Institute of Art with her bachelor’s degree Brianne began her designing career at a Colorado based newspaper. Then she was hired as the Art Director for an international orthodontic manufacturing company, where she was in charge of all the company’s branding, product marketing, catalogs, ads, billboards and other collateral required to get a company noticed. 

Brianne has also successfully created her own design / consulting firm with client loyalty spanning nearly 15 years. With dozens of projects and clients under her belt, she is now using her expertise primarily as a brand consultant and designer for Peter Kempf International and Clearview Elite.

Brianne is also a passionate oil painter.  Light, land and intense clouds become the muse as she quickly paints on site. The graphic eye translates in her paintings through well thought out compositions. She was recently published in Western Art and Architecture Magazine.
